2027 Benefits Open Enrollment

Enroll November 2 - 13, 2026

Enroll November 2 - 13, 2026

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review and make changes to your health benefits for 2027.

If you don't want to make any changes, you don't need to do anything. Your current benefits will roll over automatically. If you want to add, drop, or change anything for 2027, enroll in Workday by Friday, November 13, at 5:00 PM PT.

One exception: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) do not renew automatically. If you want a Healthcare, Limited Purpose, or Dependent Care FSA in 2027, you must enroll again by the deadline.

What's New for 2027

Kaiser HDHP Plan with HSA (California only)

A new medical high deductible health plan option with a Health Savings Account to help you save for care. Kaiser plan members in California now have the option to choose a High Deductible Health Plan paired with a Health Savings Account, available alongside the traditional Kaiser HMO. You can now build healthcare savings without changing providers. RV Tech supports your account with an annual contribution of $1,000 for individual coverage or $2,000 for family plans. Preventive services remain covered at no additional cost, and your pre-tax contributions roll over annually while accumulating tax-free growth.

LegalEASE Legal Plan

We're excited to introduce LegalEASE, a new benefit that puts trusted legal help within reach. Do you have an attorney on retainer? LegalEASE gives you and your family access to legal advice, and even representation for covered services, at an affordable monthly premium. Whether you're reviewing a rental agreement, fighting a traffic ticket, creating a will, buying a home, or navigating an IRS audit, reputable attorneys can help you feel a little less overwhelmed.

Cost Increases

Healthcare costs are increasing nationwide, which means your 2027 contributions may be higher. We know that's not what anyone wants to hear. RV Tech is continuing to invest in your benefits and covers a significant share of the cost of quality healthcare for you and your family.
