How to Enroll

Enrolling in Your Benefits

RV Tech uses Workday to manage your benefits. Whether you're enrolling as a new hire or making elections during Open Enrollment, Workday makes it easy to review your options, cover eligible dependents, and choose the benefits that work best for you.

Before You Enroll

Before you log in, take a few minutes to prepare:

  • Review your benefit options on this website
  • Consider which plans best fit your and your family's needs
  • Have dates of birth and Social Security numbers ready for any dependents and beneficiaries
  • Review your beneficiary information for applicable benefits

Enroll Through Workday

When you're ready to make your elections:

  • Log in to Workday and navigate to your benefits enrollment.
  • Review your benefit options and make an election or waive coverage where applicable.
  • Add or review your dependents and beneficiaries and make sure their information is accurate.
  • Review your elections carefully before completing enrollment.
  • Click Submit to finalize your choices and look for a confirmation message.

Don't Forget to Submit!

Your benefit elections are not final until you click Submit and receive a confirmation message. After submitting, you can download or print a copy of your confirmation for your records.

Access Workday

When you're ready to enroll, visit myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/rivian/login.html. You can also access Workday from the mobile app using Organization ID: Rivian.

Beginning January 1, 2026, you can also use Workday throughout the year to:

  • Manage your benefits
  • View your current benefit elections
  • Track benefit deductions directly from your paycheck
