Cleo Support

Through the Cleo app, you'll be matched with a dedicated Cleo Guide who gets to know your unique situation and connects you with the right support, resources, and answers. It's like having a parenting (and caregiving) pro in your pocket.

What's Covered?

  • Cleo Baby: Fertility support, prenatal mental health, and NICU navigation 
  • Cleo Kids: Help with caregiver stress, child development, neurodiversity, and more 
  • Cleo Teens: Guidance on mental health, neurodiversity, and future planning
  • Cleo Adult Care: Resources for elder care, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and long-term care support

How to Get Started 

  • Download the Cleo for Families app. 
  • Sign up using your @rivianvw.tech email to verify your eligibility.
  • Meet your Cleo Guide and start getting personalized 1:1 support.

Progyny Fertility & Family Building

Whether you’re ready to grow your family now or just exploring your options, Progyny provides access to top specialists, personalized care, and inclusive support designed to fit your unique journey. You must be enrolled in an RV Tech medical plan to be eligible for this program.

What's Covered?

Progyny offers comprehensive benefits that go beyond traditional fertility coverage, including: 

  • Smart Cycle coverage: 2 Smart Cycles per family per lifetime*
  • Progyny Rx: Fertility medication coverage with personalized pharmacy support
  • Fertility preservation: Coverage for egg and sperm freezing 
  • Donor tissue: Coverage for egg and sperm donation 
  • Family building support: $10,000 in combined adoption and surrogacy assistance per lifetime*

Search for top-tier fertility clinics at providersearch.progyny.com. Your Patient Care Advocate (PCA) will help guide you to providers, treatments, and support based on your goals and medical history.

*Your available benefit may be reduced based on prior fertility benefit use. Your dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA) will confirm your eligibility and remaining coverage once you activate your benefit.
